Presuming the person you send the task to declines your request you may want to reassign it to someone else. So how do you do this? Well here's how:
In your task list, open the declined task by double clicking onto it.
On the Actions menu, click Assign Task.
In the To box, enter the name of the person you want to assign the task to the same way you did before. Remember that to select the name from a list, click on the To button.
